TPRES is controlled by Third Point LLC, an institutional investment manager that employs an event-driven, opportunistic strategy to invest globally across the capital structure and in diversified asset classes to optimize risk-reward through a market cycle.
DECADES OF EXPERIENCE
The investment team at TPRES has extensive underwriting, credit and structuring backgrounds. The team has decades of experience in a broad range of debt and equity structures (including B-notes, mezzanine, preferred equity, bridge loans, Freddie Mac K-Series bonds and CMBS) and investment team members have also been involved in the acquisition of distressed debt that has resulted in equity ownership and management. The team's broad background is well matched to their investment strategy.
